WHOOP is seeking a Technical Product Manager to join their Data Platform & MLOps organization. The role will own the product lifecycle for Data Platform, MLOps, and Observability products, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive measurable impact and innovation across WHOOP.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Program Manager, or equivalent in data, software engineering, or technology-driven organizations
- Proven experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for technical systems such as data platforms, ML pipelines, or infrastructure products
- Strong technical acumen in data platform technologies, MLOps frameworks, and observability systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable working across engineering, data science, product, and analytics teams
- Experience working in agile or hybrid environments using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Atlas
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced workflows that improve productivity, automation, and data quality across engineering and data teams
- A passion for building scalable, data-driven systems that empower teams and accelerate decision-making at scale
