Deal Advisory Services Director

Whitley Penn is seeking a Deal Advisory Services Director to lead financial due diligence engagements and provide advisory services to clients. The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, 4+ years of experience in a public accounting or advisory firm, and strong knowledge of US GAAP and mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of experience in a public accounting or advisory firm
• CPA license or CPA eligibility preferred
• Strong current knowledge of US GAAP, mergers and acquisitions, or transaction services
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects and act autonomously while being a team player
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
