Job Description
WheelHouse IT is seeking a Team Engineer to deliver modern IT solutions, maintain client systems, and drive complex projects. This role involves expert-level support for Microsoft applications and a focus on client relationships, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and adaptable team member.
Requirements
- 5+ years of IT experience
- 2+ years in an MSP environment (strongly preferred)
- Professional certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or SonicWall CSSA)
- Experience with ConnectWise and Kaseya
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
