We are seeking a Managing Director Couple to oversee all aspects of our operations, including financial and operational health, hunting business management, and ranch operations oversight. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership, financial acumen, and team management, with a commitment to sustainability, humility, and community.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing effective teams
• 5+ years experience managing successful business operations
• Proficient financial acumen
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, strategic, and critical-thinking skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Construction and construction management knowledge and experience, preferred
• Experience in livestock management, preferred
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
