As an IT Systems & Ops Engineer, you'll manage our IT support experience, administer user accounts, and provide local IT support for office employees.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support or operations roles
- Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Jira Service Management, Slack, and Zoom
- Strong understanding of onboarding & offboarding processes
- Proven ability to meet and maintain SLAs in a support queue environment
