Requirements
- 3+ years leading high-performing Account Management or Customer Success teams in a B2B environment
- Proven success managing the full post-sale lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal and upsell
- Commercially astute and client-obsessed, with a consistent record of exceeding revenue and retention targets
- Skilled in developing and executing pricing strategies, growth plans, and client engagement models
- Data-first thinker with strong experience in CRM (Salesforce), forecasting, and reporting dashboards
- Strong coaching and leadership capabilities, with a passion for team development and success
