Job Description
The Data Acquisition Team is responsible for ingesting, validating, and orchestrating raw data from dozens of internal systems and third-party providers. As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing and building robust, scalable, and extensible pipelines that feed the entire data ecosystem at WEX.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- +4 years of experience as a software or data engineer
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Scala, or another systems-focused language
- Experience with data integration and ingestion pipelines
- Solid grasp of engineering fundamentals, including version control, modular design, testing, and performance tuning
