Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to help develop, drive, and execute implementation in an engineering team for the WEX T-Chek platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- Expertise in rapid development and deployment of Tandem applications written in both C and COBOL
- Experience applying modern software development practices to the application development on the Tandem platform
- Strong understanding of security and compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership, team-building, and dynamic decision-making skills
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
