Family Nurse Practitioner – Part Time, Rural Health Outreach

Westside Family Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner to join their Rural Health Outreach team. This role focuses on providing direct patient care to individuals served by Westside Family Healthcare, focused on acute care, prevention, and education, primarily in evenings and weekends within Delaware's farmworker population. The position collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, culturally competent care and operates a mobile health unit to reach remote communities. The FNP will work in close collaboration with the team and the mobile unit.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing with a master’s degree in nursing
• Current registered nurse licensure and advanced registered nurse practitioner licensure and certification
• Clinical training and experience in ambulatory care
• Basic life support certification
• Ability to work in the evenings and weekends to align with the availability of the farmworker population
• Ability to travel between worksites as needed
