Shop Foreman

The Service Foreman is responsible for overseeing all functions of the shop, including technician supervision and ensuring optimal efficiency and quality. This role involves assisting technicians with diagnostics, scheduling work, assigning jobs, prioritizing time, and ensuring job completion. The Foreman also manages inventory, ensures safety compliance, and performs quality control inspections.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a diesel technician & proficiency in all tools of the trade.
• International / Cummins Master Tech. certification or equivalent preferred.
• Supervisory experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and recommend solutions.
• Ability to meet physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation.
