Job Description
Weston Solutions, Inc. is hiring an Environmental Technician to work on a small groundwater treatment plant in the San Fernando Valley, CA area. The role involves monitoring plant operations, system checks, preventative maintenance, inventory management, and responding to shutdowns/alarms, operating 24 hours a day. The position requires independent work and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- One year of experience in related field technician position.
- Technical School diploma or equivalent.
- Self-sufficient and able to work under pressure.
- Basic understanding of equipment.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- OSHA 40-hour training a plus.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
