Job Description
We're searching for a Vice President, Delegated Underwriting Authority to define the future of delegated authority in Canada. The role will spearhead the development and execution of Westland's 5-year Delegated Underwriting Authority roadmap and build a formal, sustainable capacity partner strategy.
Requirements
- 15+ years of insurance industry experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership
- 5+ years of technical experience within an insurance carrier (Underwriting, Product, Claims, Actuarial, Reinsurance, etc.)
- Post-secondary education, preferably in Business or a related field
- CIP designation (or equivalent)
