Consultant Notary Software (w/m/d)

Westernacher Solutions is looking for a Consultant Notary Software to support the digitization of justice and notary offices. The role involves analyzing work processes, introducing modern notary software, and implementing improvements. The ideal candidate has experience in a notary office or law firm, enthusiasm for innovative IT solutions, and good communication skills.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a justice or notary clerical assistant, notary assistant, notary administrator, or similar qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a notary office or law firm
• Good communication skills and a convincing, professional appearance, as well as a structured, independent, and customer-oriented way of working
• Good IT knowledge, especially in handling Microsoft Word
• Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking, good English language skills are desirable
• Willingness to travel for business within Germany
