Job Description
The Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing is a high-impact role responsible for building sourcing strategies and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units, with a primary focus on Human Resources (HR) and Legal. This role will also support mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities and act as a key liaison with the legal team to enhance contracting processes and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or professional certification (e.g., CPSM, PMP, JD) preferred.
- 8+ years of strategic sourcing experience showing progressive increase in skills and responsibilities.
- Proven experience supporting M&A activities from a procurement perspective.
- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and CLM systems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
