Job Description
The Accounting & Internal Audit Manager is responsible for building and maintaining a strong internal audit program, serving as the subject matter expert on complex accounting matters, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP and company policies.
Requirements
- Design, execute, and maintain the internal audit plan
- Perform operational, financial, and compliance audits
- Identify control gaps and recommend remediation plans
- Serve as the primary technical accounting resource for complex transactions
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
