Requirements

• Prepare and present food according to recipe cards.
• Perform daily prep work for the station and cook line.
• Conduct line checks.
• Run large volume cooking equipment.
• Clean and sanitize station and equipment.
• Follow health and sanitary practices.
• Assist with banquet events.
