Asphalt Roller Operator

Western Engineering Co Inc is seeking a skilled Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team. In this vital role, you will operate various types of asphalt rollers to compact asphalt surfaces to ensure high-quality and durable pavement.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating asphalt rollers or other heavy equipment
• Strong understanding of asphalt compaction principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to safety
• Ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively
• Physical stamina to handle outdoor work and operate heavy machinery
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to different job sites in Iowa and Nebraska
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues as they arise
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
