ファシリティエンジニア(BCP&CSR リード) (Facility Engineer_BCP&CSR Lead)

The Facility Engineer (BCP & CSR Lead) is responsible for leading BCM/BCP and CSR activities at the HDD research and development base at Fujisawa site. The role involves conducting and leading BCP committee meetings, supporting site departments in BCP planning and improvement, and leading facility department BCP planning and disaster prevention and mitigation. Additionally, the role involves planning and managing building design, social infrastructure, facilities, and equipment, and handling CSR activities at the site.

Requirements

• Conduct and lead BCP committee meetings and disseminate information to all Fujisawa site departments.
• Support Fujisawa site departments in BCP planning and improvement.
• Lead facility department BCP planning and disaster prevention and mitigation, and improve site infrastructure resilience and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Plan and manage building design, social infrastructure, facilities, and equipment of site, from the perspective of BCP, evaluate, improve, and maintain facilities and renovation projects.
• Understand the use of electricity, air conditioning, factory utilities, and other equipment in the development and research and manufacturing department, and provide BCP perspectives and give proper advice (such as backup, redundancy, and cost estimation for renovation projects).
• Handle CSR activities at the site, build relationships with local government, regional organizations, NGOs, and distributors.
• Participate in cooperation programs with local government, regional organizations, NGOs, and distributors.
• Visit and conduct educational sessions at elementary, junior high, and high schools.
• Discuss and conclude support/sponsorship contracts.
• Lead internal departments and promote CSR activities through social contributions.
• Promote CSR activities through all-society programs, develop, and support participation of members, and promote participation in CSR activities.
• Handle information exchange and cooperation with external organizations, including distributors, as well as negotiations.
