Sr. Servicing Loan Boarding Analyst

As a Servicing Loan Boarding Analyst, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of loan boardings, including facilitating data flow between AmeriHome's correspondent sellers, retail originations, and the subservicing vendor. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the residential mortgage industry and applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related experience
• High school diploma required
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of loan servicing
• In-depth knowledge of applicable servicing function preferred
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills
