Westcliff University is seeking a dynamic Faculty and Program Coordinator to lead the Canadian launch of the Master of Information Systems and Technology (MIST) program. This dual role combines academic leadership with program oversight, focusing on curriculum excellence, industry partnership, and student success. The position supports faculty engagement, student retention, and program growth, with a commitment to fostering innovation and a diverse learning environment.
Requirements
- Doctorate in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Smart Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience in higher education, preferably in undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Proven industry experience or demonstrated engagement in applied technology fields.
- Demonstrated experience in academic administration, faculty supervision, curriculum development, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of accreditation processes and program assessment techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
