Holroyd Howe is a leading contract caterer providing fresh innovative food services to independent schools and colleges. We are seeking an exceptional Chef to assist the Head Chef in maintaining our reputation for food quality.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Chef (preferred)
• Assist the Head Chef in the kitchen operation
• Ensure food quality is maintained at all times
• Plan, prepare, and cook menu items as directed
• Assist in the development and planning of menus
• Maintain food storage areas according to company policies
• Follow company cleaning schedules
• Rigorously follow Food Safety, Hygiene, and Health & Safety policies and procedures
