Job Description
Westborough Behavioral Healthcare Hospital is seeking a licensed, board-certified or state-approved mental health professional to provide psychotherapeutic services to Child patients. This position requires comprehensive assessment, therapy, and collaboration with a treatment team to deliver quality treatment and support patients' emotional and/or substance abuse problems. The role is a full-time, four-hour shift within a 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM schedule with one weekend shift.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW License
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in behavioral health setting
- Art therapy experience would be helpful
- EMR experience is highly preferred
- Experience with psychosocial assessments and treatment planning is essential
- CPR certification and Management of Assaultive Behavior training
