OTCR Practice Area Lead (Cyber-Resilience, Municipal Water focus)

We are a water-focused engineering consulting firm seeking a Practice Area Lead for Cyber-Resilience, Municipal Water focus. The role involves providing technical leadership, project delivery, client engagement, team leadership, and strategic initiatives. The successful candidate will have 10-25 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.

Requirements

• Lead and execute complex OTCR programs and projects
• Real world application of Cyber-informed Engineering (CIE) principles
• Consequence-driven, Cyber-informed Engineering (CCE) assessments
• Project design and implementation in compliance with regulatory frameworks
• Manage and mentor a team of technical staff
• Prepare and review proposals, scopes of work, and fee estimates
