Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Finance, or Economics
- 15+ years' experience in municipal utility management or engineering consulting
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of municipal water and wastewater utility operation, maintenance, and management practices
- Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems and their value supporting asset management programs
