Safety Specialist - 1st Shift

West Liberty Foods is hiring a Safety Specialist - 1st Shift to provide medical support and administrative duties to the Safety Team. The role involves monitoring daily activities to ensure a safe work environment, facilitating safety training, and assisting with safety projects.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Certified in First Aid and CPR
• Basic computer skills including Gmail/Google Suite products
• Dependable and able to work well with others
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects
• Detailed oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills
