Food Scientist - New Product Development

West Liberty Foods manufactures hundreds of meat and poultry products and is seeking a Food Scientist to join their Research and Development Team. The position involves developing and perfecting new product offerings for the grocery, deli, restaurant industries and ready to eat packaged sandwiches.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related research and development experience in the food and beverage industry
• Bachelor’s Degree in Science
• Experience in a pilot plant setting is preferred
• Education and formal training in the food development and manufacturing process is preferred
