Reporting to the Executive Director, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for recruitment of candidates for American Career College, West Coast University, and Administration. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, evaluating candidates, and providing guidance to hiring managers. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner must have a comprehensive understanding of the department and its staffing strategies and be able to identify high-quality candidates to fulfill recruitment needs.
