Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Director, Talent Acquisition, the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for recruitment of candidates for American Career College, West Coast University, and Administration. The role involves developing recruitment strategies, evaluating candidates, and providing guidance to hiring managers. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner must have a comprehensive understanding of the department and its staffing strategies and be able to identify high-quality candidates to fulfill recruitment needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field
- Three (3) to Five (5) years' experience in full life-cycle corporate recruiting and/or talent acquisition
- Demonstrated experience in applying leading recruiting practices and competency/behavioral-based assessment techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Access, Excel, and Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Knowledge and extensive past use of a server-based applicant tracking system
