Job Description
As a Call Center Representative at West Coast University, you will guide students to make a difference in their lives and change the lives of every patient they care for throughout their career. You will answer inbound calls, provide customer service, and follow scripts to provide information to prospective students.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or call center environment
- High School Graduate or equivalent required
- Experience with handling a high volume of telephone calls
- Experience with Telephone Auto Dialing System preferred
