Job Description
WEPA Germany GmbH & Co. KG is offering the Maintenance Coordinator position in Giershagen, Nordrhein-Westfalen. The role involves model behavior in workplace safety and communication, maintenance and improvement work, and coordination of maintenance activities. Requirements
- Model behavior in terms of workplace safety and communication
- Responsibility and coordination of maintenance, inspection, repair and improvement work
- Planning of continuous optimization of the IH KPIs
- Keeping the AM commissions for the lines up to date
- Ensuring sufficient spare parts stocking
- Daily participation in DOM meetings
- Leadership or participation in weekly meeting preparations
- Preparation and moderation of the RE-shift meeting
- Further development of maintenance programs in EAM
- Promotion of the active participation of all employees
- Identification with production results
