Senior Google Ads Specialist

Welltech is a global leader in Health & Fitness industry looking for a Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead high-volume creative testing, run and scale high-budget Google Ads campaigns, and build and test sophisticated campaign structures.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience
• Strong results in DTC (subscription apps a big plus)
• Managing $1M+ budgets and scaling accounts significantly while keeping CAC and LTV/CAC in line with targets
• Deep hands-on knowledge of all Google Ads campaign types
• Expertise in Demand Gen, GDA, YouTube; other DSPs like Applovin a strong plus
• Proven experience running structured, high-volume creative testing at scale
• Strong grasp of visual creative formats and what makes high-performing creatives
• Expert command of bid strategies and audience strategy
• Solid understanding of UX fundamentals
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Experience with other media-buying platforms such as DSPs, paid social and native ad platforms or Apple Search Ads would be beneficial
• Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level
