This full-time, bi-weekly night shift position (7pm-7:30am) is for a Registered Nurse specializing in Clinical Resource. The role involves providing daily clinical support, collaborating with nursing leadership, guiding patient care, participating in quality improvement initiatives, and assisting with staff training and development. It is NOT a leadership position and focuses on direct patient care. The position offers a rotational scheduling allowing for 50% scheduled duties and 50% as a resource.
