Job Description
The acute rehab unit is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, day/night shift. This role involves implementing a trans-disciplinary team approach to provide family-centered care within a 17-bed unit. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care, utilizing a performance improvement and education focused approach.
