Job Description
Welcome is a rapidly growing global in-destination travel service company founded in 2015 in Athens, Greece. They focus on creating personalized and convenient travel experiences for travelers, including transfers, sightseeing trips, and local information. They operate with a flexible work-from-home policy, leveraging a data-driven approach, and are expanding rapidly with over 350 partners and 50+ new monthly additions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in operations, partnerships, supply chain, or business development.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Experience with contracts, compliance, and SLA management.
- Fluent in English (and additional languages are a plus).
- Proactive, structured, and motivated to help scale a global mobility company.
