Job Description
WelbeHealth is seeking a Behavioral Health Specialist to support the Interdisciplinary Team. The specialist will work alongside the Social Work team, providing therapy, advocating for participant needs, and assisting with care transitions and interventions. This role involves conducting behavioral health assessments and documenting interventions for all therapy needs.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health (MSW) or Doctorate in Psychology (PhD)
- Licensed by CA Board of Behavioral Sciences as an LCSW or Licensed by the CA Board of Psychologists
- Five (5) years of behavioral health experience conducting therapy, completing behavioral health assessments, and managing care planning needs
- Two (2) years of experience with a frail or elderly population
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience with a frail or elderly population.
