Job Description
This VP of Financial Product role focuses on leading the design, development, and growth of Loan Against Property (LAP) and SME lending portfolios. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial professional with deep expertise in secured lending, small business finance, and product lifecycle management. Responsibilities include product strategy, P&L management, market research, product development, customer experience optimization, and team leadership.
Requirements
- 9–12 years of product management experience in financial services, specifically within LAP, SME, or secured lending segments.
- Proven track record in P&L management and driving portfolio growth.
- MBA from a Tier-1 business school is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of lending processes, credit frameworks, and regulatory landscape in the NBFC/banking sector.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
