Finance Executive

This Finance Executive role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations, including accounting, compliance, payroll, audits, and financial analysis. They need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with leadership to drive informed financial decisions. The role involves managing financial reporting, payroll, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, PF, PT, Income Tax, and ROC filings.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
• Oversee timely payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Manage vendor payments, receivables, and cash flow forecasting.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and banks for audits.
• Maintain organized documentation in line with ISO 9001 & ISO 27001 standards.
• Implement internal financial controls to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
