DevOps Engineer

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage robust cloud-based infrastructure that supports agile development and continuous delivery.

Requirements

• Design and manage scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions for continuous integration and delivery.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate environment provisioning and configuration.
• Ensure high availability and performance through proactive monitoring and incident response using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or CloudWatch.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to facilitate efficient deployment, release management, and rollback strategies.
• Automate routine operational tasks to increase productivity and minimize human error.
• Manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Maintain compliance and apply security best practices, including system hardening and vulnerability management.
• Support disaster recovery, system backups, and capacity planning to guarantee uptime and data integrity.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and integrate new DevOps tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
