AI Research Intern

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients. As an AI Research Intern, you will collaborate with research engineers, AI scientists, medical institutions, and clinicians to develop cutting-edge deep learning models for the automated analysis of fetal ultrasound images.

Requirements

• Design and implement advanced deep learning models for tasks such as classification, segmentation, object detection, and landmark detection.
• Build visualization tools and frameworks to support interpretable and explainable AI systems.
• Evaluate deep learning models for safety, accuracy, and clinical reliability across stages of product development.
• Work with product, engineering, and regulatory teams to convert research outcomes into deployable medical technologies.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI and beyond) to inform future development and innovation decisions.
