Requirements
- Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS or software sector
- Demonstrable success in KPI-driven sales and reaching ambitious sales targets
- Developed hunter mentality combined with strategic thinking
- Safe appearance in front of decision-makers, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills
- High self-motivation, structured way of working, and enjoyment of performance-oriented work
- Experience in professional guidance or training of colleagues
