Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT Manager to lead our technology initiatives and ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure. Your leadership will drive efficiency, support organizational growth, and enhance our technological capabilities across all departments.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive IT strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage and support enterprise-wide networks including LAN, WAN, and remote access solutions
- Lead the administration and maintenance of servers
- Oversee database management using Microsoft SQL Server and other database solutions
- Provide desktop support, technical troubleshooting, and user assistance across various platforms
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures
- Coordinate vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement, licensing compliance, and service agreements
- Maintain compliance with NIST standards for IT service management
- Conduct regular system audits; manage backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures
- Lead cross-functional projects involving software development, network engineering, server management, and infrastructure upgrades
