Engineer - EM Lean Construction

The Future Generation Joint Venture brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane to design and construct Snowy 2.0, one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world. The Lean Construction Engineer will bridge the gap between design, planning and execution, providing support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering or a related field
• White Card
• Minimum 3 years' experience in construction operations of a similar scale with a proven focus on quality outputs in a timely manner
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of quality plans and Inspection Test Plans
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools (e.g., Primavera P6)
• Comprehensive understanding of construction processes and project management principles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
