Director, Underwriter Leasing

As a Director, Underwriter Leasing, you will contribute to the Commercial Bank, supporting equipment finance and underwriting new commercial loans and leases. You will lead underwriting due diligence, financial analysis, and credit approval memos, and oversee the day-to-day managerial duties of the centralized team for direct lending.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
• 7-10 years of professional experience in commercial banking underwriting and/or portfolio management
• Excellent analytic skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office suite – including Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with relationship managers, portfolio managers, credit officers, clients, and senior management
