Webflow is looking for a strategic Lead Solutions Architect with proven post-sales consulting experience and a wealth of expertise in web development to lead our most strategic enterprise accounts. The role involves driving long-term strategy at scale, influencing product direction, and ensuring Webflow is embedded as a critical platform in enterprise environments.
Requirements
- BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
- 5–7+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting with an enterprise post-sales focus
- Wealth of web development expertise, spanning HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, APIs, infrastructure, and enterprise-scale architecture
- Track record of leading strategic accounts, influencing at both executive and technical levels
- Ability to bridge technical and non-technical conversations, with the ability to frame Webflow’s value in business outcomes
- Experience with, or the technical aptitude to quickly learn, core concepts and tools related to front-end web development (including programming languages such as HTML, CSS, React, and JavaScript), APIs, hosting and infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, CRO and digital marketing, SEO, UX and UI design, and security
