Regional Vice President, Partner Programs

Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm seeking a Regional Vice President (Partner Programs) to join their team. The role involves managing relationships with custodial partners, educating clients on WEG's financial planning process, and working directly with WEG advisors to close and transition clients. Requirements

• Manage relationships with Schwab and Fidelity Financial Consultants and Branch Managers
• Educate on WEG's resources, value proposition, solutions and services
• Source and close prospects
• Ability to partner, educate and work with WEG FAs across the country
• Participate in Wealth Enhancement trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and proficient in advisor/client facing technology
