We are seeking an Investment Service Specialist to support trading operations across our Investment Services platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with internal teams and custodians to ensure accurate trade execution and reconciliation. You’ll play a key part in resolving trade discrepancies promptly, mitigating operational risk, and driving process improvements that enhance efficiency and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance or economics, or related
- 3 years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on investment operations
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment operations
- Proven written and verbal (presentation) communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization and clients
- Ability to create quality written presentations and articles for Advisor and client consumption
- Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
