Wealth Access is seeking an experienced VP of Client Success to lead the strategy and execution of account growth, renewals, and expansion. This role involves a player-coach approach, partnering with Sales, Product, and Implementations to elevate Client Success from support to a proactive, strategic function. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment and focus on achieving measurable outcomes for clients and the company.
Requirements
- Experienced leader in B2B SaaS or FinTech
- Track record of driving client outcomes and team performance
- Skilled in managing renewals, expansion, and strategic account growth
- Comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders and managing executive relationships
- Understanding of data flows and integrations
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, foster culture
