WeVote is seeking a Political Ads Strategist to help strengthen American Democracy. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in planning, launching, and optimizing paid digital campaigns as a campaign strategist or digital ads manager.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience planning, launching, and optimizing paid digital campaigns as a campaign strategist or digital ads manager
• Data-driven mindset with strong spreadsheet skills and experience creating concise performance reports
• Clear, concise copy and brief-writing skills; ability to translate messaging into testable ad variations
• Meticulous about compliance, privacy, and brand safety; working knowledge of platform political ad rules and nonpartisan standards
• A willingness to work with and support other volunteers; strong communication and documentation habits
