Job Description
We're seeking an Account Director to oversee client account initiatives for a creative agency specializing in social media content and campaigns. This role involves client relationship building, campaign execution, team management, and budget oversight. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and a proven track record of success in agency environments.
Requirements
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in an account management role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
- Proven account management and client communication skills.
- Experience with scoping, timeline creation, project management, margin, and revenue growth.
- Knowledge of brand experience, influencer/creator marketing, social-first creative and strategy playbooks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
