MEP Construction Manager

Overwatch is seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components of large-scale data center construction projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP project management, ideally in data center or mission-critical environments.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including HVAC, power distribution, fire protection, and water systems.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage subcontractors and vendors.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with MEP design software such as Revit, and project management tools like Procore and Bluebeam.
• Experience in fast-paced, large-scale construction environments.
