Career Development Coordinator (CTE)

The Career Development Coordinator (CTE) will support Career and Technical Education Academies by providing and coordinating career development services for students. This role involves collaboration with administrators, educators, and parents to ensure a seamless transition to postsecondary education and employment. Responsibilities include program and staff development, recruitment procedures, internships, data analysis, and student development.

Requirements

• Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Demonstrated leadership and team building skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data to make decisions
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Career and Technical Education Program Area OR 741 certification.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license
